Learn how to bake cookies: the very lazy ones

I’ve set a challenge for myself to learn how to make chocolate chip cookies. I’m going to split this up in four parts, as in a different kind every full week of this month:

-          Very lazy cookies

-          Lazy cookies

-          From scratch

-          From scratch vegan

This week I’m going to try the first one, the very lazy cookies. Which means from easy to hard.

These posts aren’t sponsored, I’ve bought everything with my own money.

I’ve bought premade cookie dough by the brand Herta and it was €3,99/$4,71. It’s the only brand I’ve found here in Belgium that sells it that way, there are probably more, but I do my groceries in smaller supermarkets.

Unsurprisingly it was very easy to make... The instructions are placed in the back of the package.

The challenge in photos:

Equipment: oven tray, baking paper, spatula and plates to divide the cookies

I only had to break the cookie dough, place it on the oven tray and then bake them.

I already love the minimum cleaning afterwards.😋

That smells and looks delicious.😮

Great cookies, minimum effort. And woohoo! They're not burned and I haven't set my appartment on fire.🥳

Now divide & conquer! Yummy!

The taste was good. A bit too sweet for me, but I didn’t eat anything sugary in while, so that could have something to do with it. Perfect for a sweet tooth.

Level 1 cookies, but now on to a harder cookie baking challenge next week.

Are there any premade cookie dough brands that you know and really like?
